受入研究者が入力途中の受入意思確認書情報を一時保存した状態です。[再開]ボタンから受入意思確認書情報の作成作業を再開することができます。

Host Researcher is in the process of inputting the letter of intent, which is being temporarily saved.
By pushing [Restart] button, the input process can be restarted.

未提出

Letter of intent not yet submitted

受入研究者が作成した受入意思確認書PDFファイルを確認・提出していない状態です。受入意思確認書PDFファイルをダウンロードして内容に不備がないか確認し、[完了]ボタンをクリックしないと、申請者に受入意思確認書を提出したことが通知されません。

The PDF file of the letter of intent prepared by the host reseacher has not yet been checked or submitted.
Download the PDF file and check whether it has been completed.
If not completed and [Finish] button is not clicked, the applicant will not be notified that the letter of intent has been submitted to his/her affiliated institution.

受入意思確認書提出済み

Letter of intent submitted

受入意思確認書を申請者へ提出した状態です。申請者が申請書を提出するまでは、受入意思確認書を修正することができます。

The letter of intent has been sent to the applicant's affiliated institution.
Up till the time that the applicant submits his/her application form, the letter of intent may be amended.

申請機関受付中

申請書及び受入意思確認書が申請機関に受付られた状態です。申請機関から日本学術振興会へはまだ提出されていません。

Both the application and letter of intent have been received by the applying institution.
They have not yet been forwarded to JSPS.

学振受付中

Received by JSPS

申請機関担当者が申請リストを確定し、申請書及び受入意思確認書が日本学術振興会へ送られた状態です。

The applying institution has confirmed the applicant list, and sent the appllication and letter of intent to JSPS.

学振受理

Accepted by JSPS

提出した申請書及び受入意思確認書は日本学術振興会に受理されました。

The submitted application and letter of intent are accepted by JSPS.

学振不受理

Not acepted by JSPS

日本学術振興会へ送られた申請書は受理されませんでした。

The submitted application and letter of intent are not accepted by JSPS.
