申請者が入力途中の申請書情報を一時保存した状態です。[申請書修正・提出]ボタンから申請書情報の作成作業を再開することができます。
The applicant has begun entering their application information and saved it partway through. You can resume preparing your application information by clicking the [Revise/submit application form] button.

申請書情報未確認
Unconfirmed

申請者が作成した申請書情報のPDFファイルを確認していない状態です。申請書情報のPDFファイルをダウンロードして内容に不備がないか確認し、[完了]ボタンをクリックすると申請書情報の作成が完了します。
The applicant has not confirmed their application information on the PDF file that has been prepared. Download the PDF file containing your application information, check that the content is correct, and click [Done] to complete this step.

申請書未提出
Not submitted

申請書情報の入力は完了しましたが、申請書はまだ申請機関へ提出されていません。申請書情報の他、申請内容ファイル及び評価書の登録が完了していること確認してください。申請書が揃った後に申請書管理画面で［確認完了・提出］ボタンをクリックすると申請書が申請機関へ提出されます。
The applicant has finished entering the application information, but has not submitted the application form to the Applying Organization. Please confirm that your application content file and evaluation reports have also been uploaded along with application information. Once your application form is complete, click the [Check completed/Submit] button on the Application Management screen to submit it to the Applying Organization.

申請書が申請機関に受付られた状態です。申請機関から日本学術振興会へはまだ提出されていません。
The application form has been received by the Applying Organization. They have not submitted it to the JSPS yet.

申請者が提出した申請書は、申請機関担当者又は部局担当者が却下しました。却下理由は申請機関又は部局担当者へ確認してください。
The application form the applicant submitted has been rejected by the administrative office of the Applying Organization. Please check with your Applying Organization's administrative office as to why.
