評価書作成者が入力途中の評価書情報を一時保存した状態です。[再開]ボタンから評価書情報の作成作業を再開することができます。

Evaluator is in the process of inputting evaluation comments, which is being temporarily saved.
By pushing [Restart] button, the input process can be restarted.

未提出

Evaluation not yet submitted

評価書作成者が作成した評価書PDFファイルを確認・提出していない状態です。評価書PDFファイルをダウンロードして内容に不備がないか確認し、[完了]ボタンをクリックしないと、申請者に評価書を提出したことが通知されません。

The PDF evaluation file prepared by the evaluator has not yet been checked or submitted.
Download the PDF file and check whether it has been completed.
If not completed and [Finish] button is not clicked, the applicant will not be notified that the evaluation form has been submitted to his/her affiliated institution.

評価書提出済み

Evaluation submitted

評価書を申請者へ提出した状態です。申請者が申請書を提出するまでは、評価書を修正することができます。申請者は評価書の内容を閲覧することはできません。

The evaluation form has been sent to the applicant's affiliated institution.
Up till the time that the applicant submits his/her application form, the evaluation comment may be amended.
The applicant is not allowed to read the evaluation form.

申請機関受付中

申請書及び評価書が申請機関に受付られた状態です。申請機関から日本学術振興会へはまだ提出されていません。

Both the application and evaluation forms have been received by the applying institution.
They have not yet been forwarded to JSPS.

学振受付中

Received by JSPS

申請機関担当者が申請リストを確定し、申請書及び評価書が日本学術振興会へ送られた状態です。

The applying institution has confirmed the applicant list, and sent the appllication and evaluation foms to JSPS.

学振受理

Accepted by JSPS

提出した申請書及び評価書は日本学術振興会に受理されました。

The submitted application and evaluation forms are accepted by JSPS.

学振不受理

Not acepted by JSPS

日本学術振興会へ送られた申請書は受理されませんでした。

The submitted application and evaluation forms are not accepted by JSPS.
