＜注意事項＞

  • 科研費による研究は、研究者の自覚と責任において実施するものです。そのため、研究の実施や研究成果の公表等については、国の要請等に基づくものではなく、その研究成果に関する見解や責任は、研究者個人に帰属されます。
  • 研究期間終了時点で提出した実績報告書と同一の所属研究機関・部局・職名が表示されているかを確認してください。
  • 表示されている研究代表者の部局及び職名が研究期間終了時点で提出した実績報告書の情報と異なる場合、正しい情報に修正してください。
    なお*のついた項目は必須の入力項目です。
  • 表示されている研究課題名等と入力した内容に誤りがないかを確認してください。
  • 研究代表者氏名（英語）（姓）は全て大文字で、（名）は先頭のみ大文字で入力してください。
  • 誤りがなければ、研究成果報告内容ファイルを選択した上で、［一時保存をして進む］ボタンをクリックしてください。
  • 入力中に、一定時間、ボタン操作をせずにおくと、セッションタイムアウトにより、入力した情報が保存されない場合があります。随時［一時保存］ボタンをクリックして情報を保存して下さい。もし、セッションタイムアウトのエラーメッセージが出た場合は、「電子申請のご案内」ページの「よくあるご質問」をご参照下さい。

  • The research using the KAKENHI funding should be carried out based on the self-awareness and responsibility of each researcher. Therefore, the publication on the implementation of the research or research achievements, etc. should not come from the government request, and the views and responsibilities on the research achievements should be attributed to the researchers themselves.
  • Check to make sure that your affiliated research institution, academic unit, and position displayed below are the same as those indicated in the Report on the Research Results that you have submitted at the end of the research period.
  • If the PI's academic unit and/or position displayed below do not match the information in the Report on the Research Results submitted at the end of the research period, please enter the correct information.
    Field marked in asterisk (*) is mandatory.
  • Check to make sure that the Title of Research Project, etc. shown below and other information you have entered are correct.
  • When entering the PI's name (in English), use UPPER CASE (all capital letters) for the Family Name, and Title Case (capitalize the first character(s) only) for the Given Name.
  • Once you make sure that the information is correct, select the file containing the Report on the Research Achievements and click the [Save Temporarily and Go to Next] button.
  • If the system remains idle for a certain period of time, a session time out may clear any information entered. Click [Save Temporarily] periodically to store changes. In such instance, please read the frequently asked questions on the electronic application system information page.
  • The system may experience problems when multiple windows or tabs are opened. Please avoid an access from multiple windows or tabs.

研究成果報告内容ファイル選択
Select the file containing the Report on the Research Achievements

作成した研究成果報告内容ファイル（Word又はPDF）を選択してください。

  • 研究成果報告内容を修正する場合は、修正済みの研究成果報告内容ファイルを選択しなおすと、前のファイルが削除されて上書きされます。
  • 研究成果報告内容ファイルに修正がない場合、研究成果報告内容ファイル選択欄は空欄のままで構いません。
  • 研究成果報告内容ファイルについてはWordファイルの代わりにPDFファイルを選択することも可能です。（PDFファイルは研究成果報告内容ファイル様式（Word又は本会並びに文部科学省が提供する様式）を基に作成したものに限ります。）
  • 研究成果報告内容ファイル様式の余白設定を変更すると、エラーとなる場合がありますので、余白設定は変更しないでください。
  • If you wish to revise the content of the Report on the Research Achievements, select the revised file containing your Report on the Research Achievements. The previous file will be deleted and overwritten.
  • If you have no revision to the file containing the Report on the Research Achievements, you may keep the "Select the file containing the Report on the Research Achievements" column empty.
  • The file containing the Report on the Research Achievements can be a PDF file instead of a Word file. (The PDF file must be converted from the designated format of the file containing your Report on the Research Achievements (a Word document or formats provided by JSPS or MEXT).
  • An error may occur if you change the margin settings of the format of the file containing your Report on the Research Achievements. Do not change the margin settings.
